MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the IceCube Alert 201120.41 (trigger No 65785778,20h 30m 07.20s , +40d 46m 12.0s, R=4.68) errorbox  19498 sec after notice time and 19579 sec after trigger time at 2020-11-20 15:11:00 UT, with upper limit up to  18.5 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 13 deg. The sun  altitude  is -10.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  1 deg., longitude l = 80 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
