MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191213.25 (trigger No 597909938,13h 04m 14.40s , -30d 27m 00.0s, R=2.12) errorbox  1310 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-13 06:27:23 UT, with upper limit up to  17.9 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 66 deg. The sun  altitude  is -16.7 deg. 

MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191213.25 errorbox  1324 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-13 06:27:37 UT, with upper limit up to  18.2 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 72 deg. The sun  altitude  is -28.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 32 deg., longitude l = 307 deg.

Filter C is a clear (unfiltred) band.
