Cline, on behalf of the Konus-Wind and NEAR GRB teams, report:\n\nUlysses, Konus, and NEAR observed this burst at 85773 s.  As observed\nby Ulysses, it had a duration ~25 s, a 25-100 keV fluence of\nWe have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose\narea is approximately 35 sq. arcmin. and whose coordinates are\n\n    RA(2000)                 DEC(2000)\n 17 h  4 m 15.05 s     51 o 46 '  34.93 \"  (CENTER)\n 17 h  4 m  2.88 s     51 o 46 '  10.91 \"  (CORNER)\n 17 h  4 m 31.05 s     51 o 38 '  13.48 \"  (CORNER)\n 17 h  3 m 59.06 s     51 o 54 '  56.51 \"  (CORNER)\n 17 h  4 m 27.22 s     51 o 46 '  58.88 \"  (CORNER)\n\nThis box may be improved.",
