Krimm, on behalf of\nthe Swift-BAT team,\n\nA. von Kienlin, G. Lichti, and A. Rau, on behalf of the\nINTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:\n\nMars Odyssey, Konus-Wind, Swift-BAT, and INTEGRAL-SPI-ACS\nobserved the long-duration bright GRB 080513 at about 18850 s UT \n(05:14:10). The burst was outside the coded field of view of the BAT. \nThe burst light curve shows a multipeaked structure with a duration of \n~30 sec, followed by a weak pulse at ~T0+70 sec.\n\nWe have triangulated the burst to the following, preliminary 3-sigma\nerror box:\n-----------------------------------------------\n       RA(2000)                    Dec(2000)\n-----------------------------------------------\nCenter:\n  163.283 (10h 53m 08s)   +28.195 (+28d 11' 43\")\nCorners:\n  163.291 (10h 53m 10s)   +28.731 (+28d 43' 51\")\n  163.334 (10h 53m 20s)   +27.777 (+27d 46' 36\")\n  163.268 (10h 53m 04s)   +27.646 (+27d 38' 47\")\n  163.227 (10h 52m 55s)   +28.606 (+28d 36' 21\")\n-------------------------------------------------\n\nThe error box area is 213 sq. arcmin and\nthe maximal distance between the box corners is 1.09 deg.\nThis error box may be improved.\n\nPreliminary analysis of the Konus-Wind data yields\na burst fluence of ~2x10^-5 erg/cm2 (in the 20 keV - 2 MeV range),\nand an Epeak of the time-integrated spectrum of ~200 keV.\n\nDetailed spectral parameters will be reported later.",
