Sato (GSFC/ISAS),\nM. Stamatikos (GSFC/ORAU), J. Tueller (GSFC), T. Ukwatta (GWU)\n(i.e. the Swift-BAT team):\n \nUsing the data set from T-119 to T+183 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,\nwe report further analysis of BAT GRB 071010B (trigger #293795)\n(Markwardt, et al., GCN Circ. 6871). The BAT ground-calculated position is\nRA, Dec = 150.531, 45.733 deg which is \n RA(J2000) = 10h 2m 7.5s \n Dec(J2000) = 45d 44' 0\" \nwith an uncertainty of 1.0 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).\nThe partial coding was 84%.\n \nThe mask-weighted light curve shows a pretrigger pulse starting at ~T-45 sec,\npeaking at ~T-20 sec, and returning almost to background at ~T-8 sec.\nThen the main FRED pulse started at ~T-8 sec, peaked at ~T+2 sec, and\nends around T+60 sec. Swift slewed to a preplanned target at T+130 sec\nat which point the burst location went out of the BAT FOV, so we have\nno more data about activity on this burst after that time. A small third peak\nstarts at ~T+95 sec and is terminated by the spacecraft slew.\nT90 (15-350 keV) is at least 35.7 +- 0.5 sec (estimated error\nincluding systematics).\n \nThe time-averaged spectrum from T-35.7 to T+24.1 sec is best fit by a power law\nwith an exponential cutoff. This fit gives a photon index 1.53 +- 0.22, \nand Epeak of 52.0 +- 6.4 keV (chi squared 31.19 for 56 d.o.f.). For this\nmodel the total fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 4.4 +- 0.1 x 10^-6 erg/cm2\nand the 1-sec peak flux measured from T+1.40 sec in the 15-150 keV band is\n7.7 +- 0.3 ph/cm2/sec. A fit to a simple power law gives a photon index\nof 2.01 +- 0.05 (chi squared 46.71 for 57 d.o.f.). All the quoted errors\nare at the 90% confidence level.",
