MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 230328A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 33524) errorbox 826 sec after notice time and 888 sec after trigger time at 2023-03-28 14:13:13 UT, with upper limit up to 12.7 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 57 deg. The sun altitude is -34.2 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 63 deg., longitude l = 313 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
