MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 230314A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 33474) errorbox 27256 sec after notice time and 27291 sec after trigger time at 2023-03-14 10:26:15 UT, with upper limit up to 13.9 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 53 deg. The sun altitude is -9.5 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 38 deg., longitude l = 110 deg.
