MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230212.85 (trigger No 697926015,03h 53m 26.40s , +44d 48m 36.0s, R=7.82) errorbox  12976 sec after notice time and 13013 sec after trigger time at 2023-02-12 23:57:04 UT, with upper limit up to  16.3 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -46.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -6 deg., longitude l = 154 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
