MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230209.98 (trigger No 697678542,04h 15m 21.60s , -58d 33m 00.0s, R=9.42) errorbox 68985 sec after notice time and 69019 sec after trigger time at 2023-02-10 18:45:56 UT, with upper limit up to 19.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 26 deg. The sun altitude is -14.9 deg.
The galactic latitude b = -43 deg., longitude l = 269 deg.
