report on behalf of the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

At 11:53:14 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located LS V +44 17 (trigger=1150965).  Swift did not slew to the source. 
The BAT on-board calculated location is 
RA, Dec 70.258, +44.554 which is 
   RA(J2000) = 04h 41m 02s
   Dec(J2000) = +44d 33' 14"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including 
systematic uncertainty).  The BAT light curve showed a complex
structure with a duration of about 1 sec.  The peak count rate
was ~800 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
