The bright, short-duration GRB 230116B
(Fermi-GBM detection: the Fermi GBM team, GCN Circ. 33172Not found
 
 
)
has been detected by Fermi(GBM trigger 695552351),
Konus-Wind, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Mars-Odyssey (HEND), so far,
at about 32347 s UT (08:59:07).

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box
whose coordinates are:

The error box area is 58 sq. arcmin, and its maximum
dimension is 17 arcmin (the minimum one is 5.8 arcmin).
The Sun distance was 116 deg.

This box may be improved.

The IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of,
the Fermi-GBM final localization (GCN 33172Not found
 
 
).
