MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 230118A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 33195Not found
 
 
) errorbox  35156 sec after notice time and 35189 sec after trigger time at 2023-01-19 09:40:39 UT, with upper limit up to  12.4 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 55 deg. The sun  altitude  is -15.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -28 deg., longitude l = 78 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
