GRB 230116D: Swift-BAT refined analysis

Using the data set from T-240 to T+962 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,
we report further analysis of BAT GRB 230116D (trigger #1149293)
(Sonbas et al., GCN Circ. 33176). The BAT ground-calculated position is
RA, Dec = 98.584, 49.831 deg which is
RA(J2000) = 06h 34m 20.1s
Dec(J2000) = +49d 49' 50.3"
with an uncertainty of 2.9 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment).
The partial coding was 98%.
The BAT light curve showed a complex structure with a duration of about 40 sec.
T90 (15-350 keV) is 41.00 +- 11.18 sec (estimated error including systematics).
The time-averaged spectrum from T+1.14 to T+53.144 sec is best fit by a simple
power-law model. The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum is
1.38 +- 0.22. The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 8.12 +- 1.2 x 10^-07 erg/cm2.
The 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T+12.14 sec in the 15-150 keV band
is 0.6 +- 0.2 ph/cm2/sec. All the quoted errors are at the 90% confidence
level.
