The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 23:56:06 UT on 23 Dec 2022, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 221223A (trigger 693532571.759198 / 221223997).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 353.6, Dec = -11.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 23h 34m, -11d 48'), with a statistical uncertainty of 8.2 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 82.0 degrees.
