MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB221013.39 (trigger No 687345829,19h 21m 52.80s , +25d 34m 48.0s, R=8.72) errorbox 373 sec after notice time and 405 sec after trigger time at 2022-10-13 09:30:29 UT, with upper limit up to 16.9 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 24 deg. The sun altitude is -8.1 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 5 deg., longitude l = 59 deg.
