Swift-BAT triggers 1105560-1 are not GRBs

Swift-BAT triggers 1105560 and 1105561 on 2022 May 6 were not GRBs.

These triggers occurred while the star trackers were out of lock, and 
were actually Cyg X-1.

The star trackers are currently being reinitialised and normal 
observations will resume presently.
