MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the IceCube Alert 220424.05 (trigger No 2186969,23h 03m 01.68s , +08d 51m 21.6s, R=0.66) errorbox  9 sec after notice time and 57 sec after trigger time at 2022-04-24 01:07:21 UT, with upper limit up to  14.9 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 73 deg. The sun  altitude  is -12.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -46 deg., longitude l = 84 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
