MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB211021.46 (trigger No 656506979,01h 51m 52.80s , +27d 04m 12.0s, R=5.45) errorbox  60 sec after notice time and 89 sec after trigger time at 2021-10-21 11:04:24 UT, with upper limit up to  15.1 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 68 deg. The sun  altitude  is -10.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -33 deg., longitude l = 140 deg.
