MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) was pointed to the Swift GRB200821.55 (trigger No 992444,23h 34m 16.80s , -48d 16m 37.2s, R=0.05) errorbox 15204 sec after notice time and 15279 sec after trigger time at 2020-08-21 17:29:45 UT, with upper limit up to 19.3 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 74 deg. The sun altitude is -16.3 deg.
The galactic latitude b = -65 deg., longitude l = 333 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
