MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the Swift GRB200312.89 (trigger No 960986,18h 17m 53.04s , -16d 06m 07.2s, R=0.05) errorbox  15975 sec after trigger time at 2020-03-13 01:43:03 UT, with upper limit up to  18.1 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -1 deg., longitude l = 15 deg.
