and T. Cline on behalf of the Konus-Wind team,

A. Goldstein, M. S. Briggs, and C. Wilson-Hodge
on behalf of the Fermi GBM team, and

A. von Kienlin, X. Zhang, A. Rau, V. Savchenko, E. Bozzo,
and C. Ferrigno, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:

The long-duration GRB 200219B
(Fermi-GBM detection: The Fermi GBM team, GCN 27127)
has been detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 603798859), Konus-Wind,
INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), so far, at about 35652 s UT (09:54:12).

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error arc whose
coordinates are:
  ---------------------------------------------
   RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg
  ---------------------------------------------
  Center:
  305.322 (20h 21m 17s) +17.202 (+17d 12' 07")
  Corners:
  303.847 (20h 15m 23s) +18.943 (+18d 56' 35")
  288.913 (19h 15m 39s) -24.952 (-24d 57' 07")
  293.218 (19h 32m 52s) -21.998 (-21d 59' 52")
  306.769 (20h 27m 05s) +15.451 (+15d 27' 04")
  348.097 (23h 12m 23s) +15.820 (+15d 49' 13")
  352.740 (23h 30m 58s) +17.960 (+17d 57' 35")
  ---------------------------------------------
The error arc area is 404.4 sq. deg, and its maximum
dimension is ~81 deg (the minimum one is ~5 deg).
The Sun distance was ~32 deg.

The LIGO/Virgo S200219ac localization (LIGO/Virgo Collaboration,
GCN Circ. 27130) is inconsistent with the arc.

This arc may be improved.

A triangulation map is posted at
http://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB200219_T35651/IPN/

The time history and spectrum will be given in forthcoming GCN Circulars.
