Following detections of the LIGO-Virgo (S191216ap; Piotrzkowski, GCN Circ. 26454), IceCube (Hussain, CGN Circ. 26460) and HAWC (Martinez-Castellano, GCN Circ. 26472), we performed imaging observations of a galaxy, GL213356+051647, selected from our candidate selection algorithm based on the GLADE v2.3 catalog (Dalya et al., 2018) and those localizations. Our candidate galaxy is also ranked as the top candidate in Singer, GCN Circ. 26479
