MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191213.78 (trigger No 597955752,22h 04m 14.40s , -13d 56m 24.0s, R=6.67) errorbox  484 sec after notice time and 724 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-13 19:01:12 UT, with upper limit up to  19.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 49 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.5 deg. 

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191213.78 errorbox  503 sec after notice time and 743 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-13 19:01:31 UT, with upper limit up to  18.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 60 deg. The sun  altitude  is -15.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -49 deg., longitude l = 44 deg.

Filter C is a clear (unfiltred) band.
