The LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaboration report:

The trigger S191213ai is no longer considered to be a candidate of
Interest. The candidate is attributed to glitches in L1 from scattered 
light. The candidate is not significant in H1 and V1 without the 
contribution from L1.
