LIGO/Virgo S191120at: Retraction of GW compact binary merger candidate

The LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaboration report:

The trigger S191120at is no longer considered to be a gravitational wave
signal. The signal is attributed to a glitch in L1. The signals in H1 and V1
are not significant by themselves.
