"body": "The LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaboration report:\n\n\nWe identified the unmodeled transient candidate S191110af during real-\ntime processing of data from LIGO Hanford Observatory (H1), LIGO\nLivingston Observatory (L1), and Virgo Observatory (V1) at 2019-11-10\n23:06:44.183 UTC (GPS time: 1257462422.183). The candidate was found\nby the CWB [1] analysis pipeline.\n\nS191110af is an event of interest because its false alarm rate, as\nestimated by the online analysis, is 2.5e-09 Hz, or about one in 12\nyears. The event's properties can be found at this URL:\n\nhttps://gracedb.ligo.org/superevents/S191110af\n\n\nOne sky map is available at this time and can be retrieved from the\nGraceDB event page:\n * cWB.fits.gz,1 an initial localization generated by CWB [1],\n distributed via GCN notice about 10 minutes after the\n candidate event time.\n\nFor further information about analysis methodology and the contents\nof this alert, refer to the LIGO/Virgo Public Alerts User Guide\n<https://emfollow.docs.ligo.org/userguide/>.\n\n [1] Klimenko et al.
