MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) was pointed to the Swift GRB191101.88 (trigger No 932742,16h 47m 22.608s , +43d 45m 15.12s, R=0.05) errorbox  50 sec after trigger time at 2019-11-01 21:08:53 UT, with upper limit up to  16.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 75 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.9 deg. 
The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
