Fermi trigger No 594175000: Global MASTER-Net observations report

MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net:, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191031.03 (trigger No 594175000,16h 29m 21.600s , +22d 07m 48.00s, R=12.95) errorbox  59017 sec after trigger time at 2019-10-31 17:00:13 UT, with upper limit up to  15.4 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 70 deg. The sun  altitude  is -26.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
