MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190928.81 (trigger No 591391412,16h 08m 28.008s , +53d 46m 00.12s, R=36.9667) errorbox 54320 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-29 10:28:47 UT, with upper limit up to 17.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenit distance = 9 deg. The sun altitude is -12.5 deg.

MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190928.81 errorbox 69005 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-29 14:33:32 UT, with upper limit up to 18.4 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 74 deg. The sun altitude is -32.7 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
