MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 190913.27 (00h 02m 00.000s , +15d 18m 00.00s, R=3) errorbox  954 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-13 06:49:32 UT, with upper limit up to  17.0 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 53 deg. The sun  altitude  is -47.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
