MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190903.72 (trigger No 589223981,04h 09m 43.200s , -64d 51m 36.00s, R=6.3) errorbox 20807 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-03 23:06:23 UT, with upper limit up to 19.9 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 56 deg. The sun altitude is -64.6 deg.
The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
