B. Mailyan (UAH) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 589060361/190901828 at
19:52:36.15 UT on 1 September 2019,
tentatively classified as a GRB, is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger
is an accidental."
