MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190824.62 (trigger No 588350802, 13h 52m 21.60s , -39d 43m 48.00s, R=1.5) errorbox  19364 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-24 20:09:21 UT, with upper limit up to  18.6 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 68 deg. The sun  altitude  is -49.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
