P. A. Evans (U. Leicester) reports on behalf of the Swift team:

GCN Circ #25303 was sent in error. It refers to the recent HAWC event
(GCN Circ. #25284), not "Trigger_11505" and was sent due to a software 
error.

Please disregard that circular.
