MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190808.75 (trigger No 586980202, 11h 12m 12.00s , +39d 42m 36.00s, R=1.38) errorbox  236 sec after notice time and 252 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-08 18:07:30 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
