MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190804.36 (trigger No 586600841, 3h 24m 16.01s , +42d 34m 59.88s, R=33.2167) errorbox 39067 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-04 19:31:43 UT, with upper limit up to 17.0 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 79 deg. The sun altitude is -21.2 deg.
The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
