MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190716.02 (trigger No 584929684,  5h 33m 07.99s , +17d 49m 59.88s, R=36.4667) errorbox  8183 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-16 02:44:23 UT, with upper limit up to  17.5 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 71 deg. The sun  altitude  is -36.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
