J. Wood and C.A. Wilson-Hodge (NASA/MSFC) report on behalf of the Fermi-GBM Team.

At the time of IceCube-190619A (GCN 24854), Fermi was passing through the South Atlantic Anomaly from 2 minutes prior to 14 minutes after the trigger time; therefore the GBM detectors were disabled.
