MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190613.96 (trigger No 582159815, 3h 39m 43.92s , -12d 25m 58.80s, R=26.48) errorbox 1 days 16041 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-15 03:30:51 UT, with upper limit up to 19.1 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 74 deg. The sun altitude is -26.0 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
