MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190611.95 (trigger No 581986074,  5h 55m 45.60s , +53d  7m 12.00s, R=1) errorbox  71701 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-12 18:42:50 UT, with upper limit up to  16.3 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 73 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
