MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190608.86 (trigger No 581719018, 22h 39m 04.08s , +55d 10m 01.20s, R=6.95) errorbox 412 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-08 20:43:45 UT, with upper limit up to 18.6 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 56 deg. The sun altitude is -23.9 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
