MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190517.1 (trigger No 579752231, 16h 26m 55.92s , -70d 34m 01.20s, R=26.3) errorbox  6073 sec after trigger time at 2019-05-17 03:58:19 UT, with upper limit up to  16.6 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 41 deg. The sun  altitude  is -76.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
