MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190514.67 (trigger No 579542848, 20h 58m 19.99s , -60d  7m 00.12s, R=26.4167) errorbox  27203 sec after trigger time at 2019-05-14 23:40:47 UT, with upper limit up to  19.9 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 51 deg. The sun  altitude  is -70.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
