Konus - Wind also observed this burst (GCN 2301)
at 80091.492 s UT.  Analysis shows
that the second error box has the correct ecliptic latitude.
(with  ERROR BOX CENTER:  15 h  6 m 21.92 s     19 o 58 '   2.34 " )
