Konus - Wind also observed this burst (GCN 2286). Analysis shows
that the correct error box is the second one, that is:

 ERROR BOX CENTER: 19 h 3 m 35.56 s 3 o 49 ' 34.71 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 18 h 58 m 19.50 s 2 o 18 ' 39.61 "

(The minus sign was inadvertently left off of the third declination
in GCN 2286).

This error box may be improved.
