T. Cline on behalf of the Konus GRB team, report:

A short hard GRB030501C was observed by Konus-Wind at 20:44:50.263
and by Helicon/Coronas-F at 20:44:49.387.

We have triangulated it to a preliminary annulus:
RA(2000) = 224.122 deg,
Decl(2000) = -21.154 deg,
Radius = 80.65 +/- 0.34 degrees (3 sigma ).
