Wash.), and Vicki Toy (UMD) report:\n\nWe observed the field of GRB 171007A (Cannizzo, et al., GCN 21976) with the\nReionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; www.ratir.org) on the\n1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional on\nSierra San Pedro M��rtir from 2017/10 7.50 to 2017/10 7.52 UTC (3 minutes to\n0.57 hours after the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of 0.31 hours exposure\nin the r and i bands and 0.14 hours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and H bands.\n\nFor a source within the Swift-XRT error circle, in comparison with the\nUSNO-B1 and 2MASS catalogs, we obtain the following upper limits (3-sigma):\n\n r > 22.05\n i > 21.94\n Z > 21.24\n Y > 21.02\n J > 20.65\n H > 20.34\n\nThese magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic\nextinction in the direction of the GRB.\n\nWe thank the staff of the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional in San Pedro\nM��rtir.",
