From
Dmitry Svinkin at Ioffe Institute <svinkin@mail.ioffe.ru>
D. Svinkin, S. Golenetskii, R. Aptekar, D. Frederiks, A. Kozlova,
and T. Cline on behalf of the Konus-Wind team,

K. Hurley, on behalf of the IPN,

V. Connaughton, M. S. Briggs, C. Meegan, V. Pelassa,
and A. Goldstein, on behalf of the Fermi GBM team,

and

A. von Kienlin, X. Zhang, A. Rau, V. Savchenko, E. Bozzo,
and C. Ferrigno, on behalf of the INTEGRAL SPI-ACS GRB team, report:

The short-duration, hard-spectrum GRB 170219A has been detected by Fermi
(GBM trigger 509155392), Konus-Wind, and INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), so far, at
about 187 s UT (00:03:07).

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose
coordinates are:
  ---------------------------------------------
   RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg
  ---------------------------------------------
  Center:
    54.843 (03h 39m 22s) +50.072 (+50d 04' 20")
  Corners:
    55.105 (03h 40m 25s) +49.403 (+49d 24' 11")
    55.314 (03h 41m 15s) +49.435 (+49d 26' 04")
    54.571 (03h 38m 17s) +50.741 (+50d 44' 27")
    54.356 (03h 37m 25s) +50.708 (+50d 42' 28")
  ---------------------------------------------
The error box area is 696 sq. arcmin, and its maximum
dimension is 1.41 deg (the minimum one is 8.4 arcmin).
The Sun distance was 94 deg.

This box may be improved.

A triangulation map is posted at

The time history and spectrum will be given in forthcoming GCN Circulars.
