S.Mereghetti for the IBAS Localization Team communicates that the INTEGRAL
Alert number 484 regarding a possible burst at 2003-03-31T02:38:12.7 is
not due to a GRB.

The trigger was caused by the transient source IGR J17464-3213 = H1743-322
