D. M. Palmer (LANL) and T. N. Ukwatta (LANL) report on behalf of the
Swift Team:

At 20:45:34 UT, due to a known race condition in the 
Swift/BAT software, BAT  misidentified 4U 1700-377 as 
an unknown transient (Trigger 718766). 

This is not an astrophysical event.
